My husband and I are pleased to endorse this repair shop. They had previously done some work on our Ford Explorer and we decided to give them a chance on our other vehicle. A full diagnosis was done on my Lexus IS250 and I was told up front how much it would cost along with a description of the items that needed immediate attention and others that could wait awhile. The sales manager, Ahsan, is very honest and runs the shop with absolute integrity. The service was as good as we would have received at Kuni Lexus for much less. The work was completed quickly and as promised. I plan to have Royal Automotive take care of all our maintenance and repair needs in the future. I really don't mind the drive from Lone Tree to Denver. They can work on practically anything--American cars to imports. I plan to recommend this shop to all my friends and clients in the future. James and West Highlands Auto repair were unbelievably helpful and were beyond fair in a variety of ways. Although my car repairs ended up costing far more than I imagined- they worked with me to find ways to reduce the overall cost and took it upon them selves to fix additional technical problems eating the labor and parts costs- what mechanics would do that? James has wonderful customer service skills, is kind, professional and really is dedicated to leaving the customer happy. He's a really nice guy.

Bring your BMW or German Auto HERE!!!! - This was the most positive experience I have ever had with a mechanic and I have had BMW's for over 30 years with different mechanics and you really are grateful when you get a GREAT one...there are few GREAT ones out there...my last mechanic was the best BMW mechanic I'd ever worked with...and these guys top Him.....Mike is a gifted engineer and Jerrod and Nikki are exceptional in their customer service...They were never rude or condescending and I felt like they worked with me through any difficulties and believe me, in my situation, there were many difficulties. The group at AGG were receptive, understanding and prompt. Being new to Colorado, I didn't want to take me car to the dealer and had been ripped off by so many mechanics until I found these guys. They are VERY busy so be patient with them and they will really help you out.......you won't be disappointed.....nobody else is going to give you this kind of service...from customer service follow up to repairs....this is the top shop......

Not only is Nate a repair genius, he's also an honest, hard working, genuine guy. I came in to get a tune up, bearings replaced, front end aligned, and fluids flushed and replaced. He did all of that and also found out where that annoying clicking was coming from. Instead of using a $600 local part, he found the part in Texas for half the price! And instead of just flushing all of my fluids and charging me for the whole shebang, he saw that only the power steering fluid was dirty and only did that. Not only will I come back for my Subaru needs, I'll also tell all of my friends with imports to check with him first. Amazing service, prices, and customer service. Trust me, go talk to Nate before you go anywhere else. I definitely will.
