I went to the office to trade in the license and registration to get a refund and was told I could not get the 7 months of taxes that I paid ahead on it back. This does not seem right since I am sure the new buyer will have to also pay taxes on the months that I have already paid for. This is collecting double taxes!!! Not right!!
