You will be treated with fairness and courtesy. They understand this this problem is a big deal for the customer and take it seriously. From the start, communication is timely and easy to understand. The repairs are perfect and they go beyond to take care of you. (I had a loose piece on the front bumper that they saw and fixed up for me.) Easy to talk with and always available to provide info. My wife's 1999 Ford Escort had a problem with its timing belt. We took it to a certain blue and gold auto repair shop on the same street and was told our water pump was to blame. Guess what? The Ford Escorts are designed so that the water pump has no contact whatsoever with the timing belt. We were lied to by that shop. We took our car to Jim Paris instead and got great service. They immediately identified the defective timing belt and honored the warranty on it even though we didn't buy it there. They also repaired some associated issues at no additional charge. I highly recommend Jim Paris and I will go there first next time I need car work done.

This garage is exceptional!! I was quoted $6,000 of work I needed done from the Nissan place. Chris and his team did a 21 point inspection, same as other place, and found $0.00 wrong except the quote I asked for for a new antenna. If you're a female that needs honest car repairs done, these are your guys!! It's a small place so make an appointment! The owners are best friends since they were kids. You're the best Chris!!

Great guys! I had originally gone to Wal-mart auto care, thinking my battery was dying. Wal-mart said it was my alternator so I called Oldes to see if there was any chance they could help me same day. They told me to come by and they would try. They tested my car right away when I arrived and determined it was the battery, just as I'd thought. The guy who had stopped by on his day off went to get the right battery for my car and they had me back on the road in very little time at all. Not only were they one of the very few places open in that area on a Saturday afternoon, but they were helpful and friendly.

Horrible Shop The people that were there a year ago are not there any more the people six months ago are not there any more I had the current "Manager" yell at me poor company don't waste your money here go around the corner and visit Parker imports or excel diesel.

My Audi had an issue with intermittently not starting. Bill checked out all the possibilities. And he went beyond using his deep knowledge and experience to find the problem. He found and ordered the part. And I am thankful for the loaner car. He and his team do an excellent job, know mechanics and work to correct all the problems. Jeff's taken great care of my Jeep Grand Cherokee for years and has kept my Ford Escape going nicely for more than a decade. His work is good and the pricing is fair. I wouldn't think of taking my cars anywhere else, and recommend this garage without reservation.
