Took a car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Ended up getting a tie rod replaced at their recommendation. The day after the car was picked up the engine quit. Checked the oil at the time and it BARELY showed any oil on the dipstick. Had the car towed back and all they would say is that the symptoms were consistent with oil starvation, but wouldn't admit to ANY fault in the outcome, nor would they entertain offering any portion of my last invoice ($300) as a refund. Very disappointing - I had thought they were better than that.

You will be treated with fairness and courtesy. They understand this this problem is a big deal for the customer and take it seriously. From the start, communication is timely and easy to understand. The repairs are perfect and they go beyond to take care of you. (I had a loose piece on the front bumper that they saw and fixed up for me.) Easy to talk with and always available to provide info.
