He found and ordered the part. And I am thankful for the loaner car. He and his team do an excellent job, know mechanics and work to correct all the problems. I have used this shop without any issues for a couple years. I get peppered with text messages to bring my car in. When I finally needed an oil change, I made an appointment online. Brought my car to the shop on Quebec and my car and wasn’t on the calendar. The guy at the front desk offered to squeeze my car in, but it would take all day, which is what I was trying to avoid. He actually seemed frustrated with the system and said I needed to call next time. I double-checked the confirmation and I had the correct date, time, and location. So, owners, why are you the last operation during the pandemic that hasn’t figured out online appointments? Really frustrating.
