I have only brought our cars in a couple times, but Chuck and his sons have been fantastic. They are very knowledgeable and their prices are lower than any other quotes I got on small and major work I had them do. Last spring while I was waiting in the lobby my son, who has type 1 diabetes had very low blood sugar that I couldn’t keep up after using all of our snacks and juice. I took one of their sodas from the lobby cooler and that did the trick, thankfully. I mentioned to Chuck that he had never had soda before because we try to stick with healthier foods- but when it gets dangerously low you grab whatever you can. Today, 4 months since we were in the shop, we had an appointment and he had gone to the store and bought apples, cookies, and water and said he was thinking of my son and wanted to be sure he had options to choose from if he needed anything. These are more than great mechanics, these are friends, and if I could give them more than 5 stars I would!

Awesome! I really hate mechanics, because a lot of them can be dishonest. But, these guys are right on target in customer service and knowledge. John and Luke are far to be the best of the best. Most of us don't have a full range mechanic on call. You really should write down this contact. Your car is going to have a problem, perhaps major, and you will will find yourself floundering and knowing what to do. I have found the answer. Urban Autocare in Littleton is the best. You will be treated with fairness and courtesy. They understand this this problem is a big deal for the customer and take it seriously. From the start, communication is timely and easy to understand. The repairs are perfect and they go beyond to take care of you. (I had a loose piece on the front bumper that they saw and fixed up for me.) Easy to talk with and always available to provide info. Well worth the wait... Very busy shop! We had our transmission fail this last weekend. ATEC was not able to get to us for a few days during the snow storm that hit Denver last week. After many attempts we finally got through to them as we found out they had been without power for two day's. We had a friend give us the phone number and we almost gave up waiting to get them to call us back. At first we got upset leaving messages and no return call. We are so glad to get to use this shop and getting to see why so many people are using them. We will be back and thanks to the girl at the front they call her Jes. She kept us up to date with great communications. I recommend this shop and say this with gratitude to them as i could have spent a lot more then they charged to get my vehicle back on the road.

Jeff's taken great care of my Jeep Grand Cherokee for years and has kept my Ford Escape going nicely for more than a decade. His work is good and the pricing is fair. I wouldn't think of taking my cars anywhere else, and recommend this garage without reservation.
