Every time I take one of my vehicles into Collins Automotive, I am amazed they even have time to work on it with how busy they are. Scott knows his stuff and is one of the hardest working and respectful small business owners I have observed in quite some time. Very impressive customer service, old school values and honest. Been a customer for some time and highly recommend them. You may get better price somewhere else but you may not get quality work, as you will here.

My wife's 1999 Ford Escort had a problem with its timing belt. We took it to a certain blue and gold auto repair shop on the same street and was told our water pump was to blame. Guess what? The Ford Escorts are designed so that the water pump has no contact whatsoever with the timing belt. We were lied to by that shop. We took our car to Jim Paris instead and got great service. They immediately identified the defective timing belt and honored the warranty on it even though we didn't buy it there. They also repaired some associated issues at no additional charge. I highly recommend Jim Paris and I will go there first next time I need car work done.

My Audi had an issue with intermittently not starting. Bill checked out all the possibilities. And he went beyond using his deep knowledge and experience to find the problem. He found and ordered the part. And I am thankful for the loaner car. He and his team do an excellent job, know mechanics and work to correct all the problems.
