Not only does he have the personality of a lunatic, but he is a liar and a thief! He agreed to do some bodywork for me. He asked for some of the money up front and then disappeared with the bodywork half done. Now he won't respond to texts or calls and his voicemail box is full.

I have used this shop without any issues for a couple years. I get peppered with text messages to bring my car in. When I finally needed an oil change, I made an appointment online. Brought my car to the shop on Quebec and my car and wasn’t on the calendar. The guy at the front desk offered to squeeze my car in, but it would take all day, which is what I was trying to avoid. He actually seemed frustrated with the system and said I needed to call next time. I double-checked the confirmation and I had the correct date, time, and location. So, owners, why are you the last operation during the pandemic that hasn’t figured out online appointments? Really frustrating.
