I have only brought our cars in a couple times, but Chuck and his sons have been fantastic. They are very knowledgeable and their prices are lower than any other quotes I got on small and major work I had them do. Last spring while I was waiting in the lobby my son, who has type 1 diabetes had very low blood sugar that I couldn’t keep up after using all of our snacks and juice. I took one of their sodas from the lobby cooler and that did the trick, thankfully. I mentioned to Chuck that he had never had soda before because we try to stick with healthier foods- but when it gets dangerously low you grab whatever you can. Today, 4 months since we were in the shop, we had an appointment and he had gone to the store and bought apples, cookies, and water and said he was thinking of my son and wanted to be sure he had options to choose from if he needed anything. These are more than great mechanics, these are friends, and if I could give them more than 5 stars I would!

Awesome! I really hate mechanics, because a lot of them can be dishonest. But, these guys are right on target in customer service and knowledge. John and Luke are far to be the best of the best. Please do not let the words warranty fool you! This is how Superior Engines has gotten people sucked in. The owner Scott, is actually very rude. He will find anything and everything to not warranty his work. By the way he promises his cars that leave his shop will always pass emissions. He's a liar. Please do not trust this business. He also requires 1/2 money down. A good shop does not. That is just fishy. He has an A with the BBB only because you will get an A if in good faith you try to resolve the issues. So, we're supposed to let him for a second time let him do what he should have done the first time??? For 1/2 of what you paid the first time? REALLY??? If the customer declines for him to do the work again for 1/2 price, they take it that he gets an A and the situation is resolved on his part. Is that right? NO! Please if I can keep one more person from getting taken advantage of then this worked. SCOTT IS A CON MAN!!!!!!!!!

James and West Highlands Auto repair were unbelievably helpful and were beyond fair in a variety of ways. Although my car repairs ended up costing far more than I imagined- they worked with me to find ways to reduce the overall cost and took it upon them selves to fix additional technical problems eating the labor and parts costs- what mechanics would do that? James has wonderful customer service skills, is kind, professional and really is dedicated to leaving the customer happy. He's a really nice guy.

Avalon has been fantastic, honest, shares knowledge and offers guidance, excellent mechanical repairs at reasonable rates. We purchased an Audi from a small dealership that did not share all the problems it had. Avalon worked with us to assure auto is safe and running well. Provided me the necessary documentation of repairs to deal with dealership fraud. Thanks

Not only is Nate a repair genius, he's also an honest, hard working, genuine guy. I came in to get a tune up, bearings replaced, front end aligned, and fluids flushed and replaced. He did all of that and also found out where that annoying clicking was coming from. Instead of using a $600 local part, he found the part in Texas for half the price! And instead of just flushing all of my fluids and charging me for the whole shebang, he saw that only the power steering fluid was dirty and only did that. Not only will I come back for my Subaru needs, I'll also tell all of my friends with imports to check with him first. Amazing service, prices, and customer service. Trust me, go talk to Nate before you go anywhere else. I definitely will.
