I brought it in for a tune up and 2 hours later, I had all kinds of issues. Brought it back in and they said they changed bad plugs and coils and said it was fixed. Drove it out of their parking lot and it was ten time worse. Not fixed at all. I paid them a thousand to change a water pump. Paid them for the tune up. Brought it back in and it stayed in their shop for 6 WEEKS. They contacted me exactly 3 times over that period to tell me they did nothing and lied about someone working on it. Of those 3 times it was only because I complained online about not hearing from anyone. Finally found an email to Kenny and got a response immediately from his boss, nothing from Kenny. He never once apologized during the entire time. The boss took the initiative to send it up to the Erie location to have a real mechanic work on it. However, a thousand dollars later after a fuel pump install, it's still not fixed. They wanted me to spend another $1900 to try something else. I told them no. No more, I'm done. For my troubles, they gave me a whole $100 off! WOW, that was so kind of them after spending a few thousand dollars. After I got my car back, I didn't hear a word from anyone. They don't give a damn about customers, just taking their money. Never, ever again would I go near this business. This is not the first bad experience I've had with them, but it is guaranteed to be the last.

I get peppered with text messages to bring my car in. When I finally needed an oil change, I made an appointment online. Brought my car to the shop on Quebec and my car and wasn’t on the calendar. The guy at the front desk offered to squeeze my car in, but it would take all day, which is what I was trying to avoid. He actually seemed frustrated with the system and said I needed to call next time. I double-checked the confirmation and I had the correct date, time, and location. So, owners, why are you the last operation during the pandemic that hasn’t figured out online appointments? Really frustrating.

Your car is going to have a problem, perhaps major, and you will will find yourself floundering and knowing what to do. I have found the answer. Urban Autocare in Littleton is the best. You will be treated with fairness and courtesy. They understand this this problem is a big deal for the customer and take it seriously. From the start, communication is timely and easy to understand. The repairs are perfect and they go beyond to take care of you. (I had a loose piece on the front bumper that they saw and fixed up for me.) Easy to talk with and always available to provide info. You'll feel good and will keep and share this lucky find. Michael Thompson
