Bring your BMW or German Auto HERE!!!! - This was the most positive experience I have ever had with a mechanic and I have had BMW's for over 30 years with different mechanics and you really are grateful when you get a GREAT one...there are few GREAT ones out there...my last mechanic was the best BMW mechanic I'd ever worked with...and these guys top Him.....Mike is a gifted engineer and Jerrod and Nikki are exceptional in their customer service...They were never rude or condescending and I felt like they worked with me through any difficulties and believe me, in my situation, there were many difficulties. The group at AGG were receptive, understanding and prompt. Being new to Colorado, I didn't want to take me car to the dealer and had been ripped off by so many mechanics until I found these guys. James and West Highlands Auto repair were unbelievably helpful and were beyond fair in a variety of ways. Although my car repairs ended up costing far more than I imagined- they worked with me to find ways to reduce the overall cost and took it upon them selves to fix additional technical problems eating the labor and parts costs- what mechanics would do that? James has wonderful customer service skills, is kind, professional and really is dedicated to leaving the customer happy. He's a really nice guy.
