Where do I start? I purchased a set of Bridgestone tires for my wife's luxury suv. I paid just shy of a thousand dollars for the set. While discussing the purchase with the sales associate, I believe it should have been clear I was not an uninformed customer. I knew the tires I wanted and we even discussed alignment theory. Well, I decided to go ahead and get a full synthetic oil change done while I was there to save myself some time. I usually do the oil changes myself. The first issue arose when the tech couldn't remember if he had used synthetic or had accidentally put in synthetic blend. The next problem was they put my vehicle on the alignment rack and the front was out a smidge. It was so minimal, it wouldn't have warranted the cost of doing an alignment. The rear was out, but requires eccentric cams to adjust. Lo and behold, the quality, professional technician hollers across the shop I can't get the rear in, but I'll adjust the front. Then, the professional advisor wants me to pay for this. I refused. I was floored. They shouldn't try this with an uninformed customer as it is ethically wrong, but to try it with an informed customer is just completely lacking in common sense. After purchasing the tires, my tpms light kept coming on. I took it back to them and asked them to check the tire the system was indicating. They found no leak and thought it a good idea to put more air in that tire in case of air loss. Uhm, the tpms light comes on when a difference in pressure between tires is detected. I finally took it to a Goodyear dealer and found out the pressures were way off. On our first highway trip, we noticed vibration. I was not going back to this location. They will never work on my vehicle again. I wouldn't trust them to put windshield washer fluid in my vehicle. While in Kansas City for a funeral, I took it to a Tires Plus location I trusted while living there. Tires Plus is affiliated with Firestone, so my warranty was good there. My tires were out of ba
