James and West Highlands Auto repair were unbelievably helpful and were beyond fair in a variety of ways. Although my car repairs ended up costing far more than I imagined- they worked with me to find ways to reduce the overall cost and took it upon them selves to fix additional technical problems eating the labor and parts costs- what mechanics would do that? James has wonderful customer service skills, is kind, professional and really is dedicated to leaving the customer happy. He's a really nice guy.

I have used this shop without any issues for a couple years. I get peppered with text messages to bring my car in. When I finally needed an oil change, I made an appointment online. Brought my car to the shop on Quebec and my car and wasn’t on the calendar. The guy at the front desk offered to squeeze my car in, but it would take all day, which is what I was trying to avoid. He actually seemed frustrated with the system and said I needed to call next time. I double-checked the confirmation and I had the correct date, time, and location. So, owners, why are you the last operation during the pandemic that hasn’t figured out online appointments? Really frustrating.

Ken Hall in the last week- Just had my 2005 Dodge Ram engine completely rebuilt. Took a bit longer than expected, but well worth the wait. It has never run better, even as new. Picked it up Friday, and headed straight for elk camp. The increased power is amazing. I am getting 3 miles more per gallon, and that's with only 500 miles on it thus far. These guys really know their stuff. I would highly recommend then for anyone needing diesel or auto service.

These guys are fabulous! They got me in and taken care of with no problem. Everything was explained very carefully and the work was performed on schedule. The managers and repair techs were extremely courteous, very professional, and friendly. I highly recommend the Dent Company. My hats off to them for their excellent work on my Honda CR-V! Bring your BMW or German Auto HERE!!!! - This was the most positive experience I have ever had with a mechanic and I have had BMW's for over 30 years with different mechanics and you really are grateful when you get a GREAT one...there are few GREAT ones out there...my last mechanic was the best BMW mechanic I'd ever worked with...and these guys top Him.....Mike is a gifted engineer and Jerrod and Nikki are exceptional in their customer service...They were never rude or condescending and I felt like they worked with me through any difficulties and believe me, in my situation, there were many difficulties. The group at AGG were receptive, understanding and prompt. Being new to Colorado, I didn't want to take me car to the dealer and had been ripped off by so many mechanics until I found these guys. They are VERY busy so be patient with them and they will really help you out.......you won't be disappointed.....nobody else is going to give you this kind of service...from customer service follow up to repairs....this is the top shop......
