Ken Hall in the last week- Just had my 2005 Dodge Ram engine completely rebuilt. Took a bit longer than expected, but well worth the wait. It has never run better, even as new. Picked it up Friday, and headed straight for elk camp. The increased power is amazing. I am getting 3 miles more per gallon, and that's with only 500 miles on it thus far. These guys really know their stuff. I would highly recommend then for anyone needing diesel or auto service.

My wife's 1999 Ford Escort had a problem with its timing belt. We took it to a certain blue and gold auto repair shop on the same street and was told our water pump was to blame. Guess what? The Ford Escorts are designed so that the water pump has no contact whatsoever with the timing belt. We were lied to by that shop. We took our car to Jim Paris instead and got great service. They immediately identified the defective timing belt and honored the warranty on it even though we didn't buy it there. They also repaired some associated issues at no additional charge. I highly recommend Jim Paris and I will go there first next time I need car work done.

I have been ever so happy with Toy Doctor. They not only provide very knowledgeable, technical and accurate maintenance for my car, but they provide one of the best customer service experiences in the city of Denver. Rachel, Chrissy and Cody are spot on when it comes to providing service to the customers. Artie is out and about and I know he is the umbrella over everything at Toy Doctor. Thank you everyone for the great service you provide. My car is over 20 years old now - a Toyota Echo - and it's the best car I've ever had... in part due to the wonderful maintenance I've gotten a Toy Doctor.

Charged $140 for the WRONG diagnosis. Quoted $2000 for the work, which wouldn't have fixed it anyway! Went elsewhere and got my car running again perfectly for $400. These guys are either scammers or extremely incompetent. In either case, AVOID THIS PLACE!

Awesome! I really hate mechanics, because a lot of them can be dishonest. But, these guys are right on target in customer service and knowledge. John and Luke are far to be the best of the best. This company put a clear bra on my wife's 2012 Chevrolet Traverse and my mother-in-law's 2013 Chevrolet Silverado and did a terrible job on both of them. I gave it just over a week after he put both of them on hoping that the marks and bubbles would slowly go away with the heat and "curing" of the clear bra's and they didn't. The owner came to my house to put on a new complete clear bra on the Traverse and told my wife that he only planned on 30 minutes (and then told my wife he has to reschedule and will call me) because he said when he talked to me that I only told him the hood section needed replacing. He called and left me a voicemail saying that I only told him it was the hood section when I know for a fact that I told him the entire clear bra needed to be replaced because of all the stretch marks and other markings that he put in the bra when initially installed. When he spoke with my wife, he told her that she must have rubbed up against something on the front end on both sides of her car and she didn't rub or hit anything. He then told my wife that he almost didn't do this job because he was told by the dealership that I was so picky and detail oriented which I am. He also said that the longer we looked at it, the more flaws we would find in it and would never be happy with any clear bra he were to put on her SUV and further stated to my wife that he would only replace it ONE (1) time. I called the dealership where I bought the SUV and they apologized numerous times and said that they would make it right for my SUV and my mother's truck and will have a professional replace the clear bra's at their own expense. Before I called the dealership about this, I called and left him a voicemail, and still haven't received a call back.
