James and West Highlands Auto repair were unbelievably helpful and were beyond fair in a variety of ways. Although my car repairs ended up costing far more than I imagined- they worked with me to find ways to reduce the overall cost and took it upon them selves to fix additional technical problems eating the labor and parts costs- what mechanics would do that? James has wonderful customer service skills, is kind, professional and really is dedicated to leaving the customer happy. He's a really nice guy.

These guys are fabulous! They got me in and taken care of with no problem. Everything was explained very carefully and the work was performed on schedule. The managers and repair techs were extremely courteous, very professional, and friendly. I highly recommend the Dent Company. My hats off to them for their excellent work on my Honda CR-V! Elia Fisher
