This garage is exceptional!! I was quoted $6,000 of work I needed done from the Nissan place. Chris and his team did a 21 point inspection, same as other place, and found $0.00 wrong except the quote I asked for for a new antenna. My husband and I are pleased to endorse this repair shop. They had previously done some work on our Ford Explorer and we decided to give them a chance on our other vehicle. A full diagnosis was done on my Lexus IS250 and I was told up front how much it would cost along with a description of the items that needed immediate attention and others that could wait awhile. The sales manager, Ahsan, is very honest and runs the shop with absolute integrity. The service was as good as we would have received at Kuni Lexus for much less. The work was completed quickly and as promised. I plan to have Royal Automotive take care of all our maintenance and repair needs in the future. My wife's 1999 Ford Escort had a problem with its timing belt. We took it to a certain blue and gold auto repair shop on the same street and was told our water pump was to blame. Guess what? The Ford Escorts are designed so that the water pump has no contact whatsoever with the timing belt. We were lied to by that shop. We took our car to Jim Paris instead and got great service. They immediately identified the defective timing belt and honored the warranty on it even though we didn't buy it there. They also repaired some associated issues at no additional charge. I highly recommend Jim Paris and I will go there first next time I need car work done.
