I have used Paul's auto for years on all my vehicles from oil changes to overhauls all types of work. I've brought them Ford's to VW's to Acura's etc they are very knowledgeable and make you understand what work is being performed and why. If issues pop up they let you know what they've found and what will be needed to resolve them. They instill confidence at every turn and even though servicing vehicles is an annoying necessary evil they make you feel that the job was done right by local professionals. I've referred many people to work with them even my own grandmother because I know that they will take care of her and not advantage of her because she isn't mechanically inclined. I was skeptical of going to a major company for fixes to my vehicle as i usually use a small hometown mechanic. I must say I am very very impressed. They found things my normal mechanic didn't that were somewhat serious to my safety. Josh and his crew were extremely nice and great to deal with. He helped me fix my car within my budget and it drives great! i truly appreciate good business practices, wouldn't think twice about going back!

I needed a new truck and found an ad for a Ford F-350 for a grand less than everyone else. Apparently there was a mistake on their ad and the vehicle was marked as being a thousand dollars less than what it was supposed to be. Now most of the places that I have been to would normally apologize and try to sell me something older for cheaper but mike the owner just knocked the price down to match the ad. Everyone was really friendly and professional and I haven't had any problems with the truck.

Went to Midas in Vernon ct to have the brakes checked on my toyota, they checked them for free and gave me a great price for the front brakes and tolled me that the rear brakes did not need to be done they wore ok. Very satisfied, great pleople.

Crooked business. Had an exhaust dump valve welded in. I don't know how they did the job, but they decided that welding about 3/4 of the circumference of the pipes together was "sufficient enough"--clearly laziness because the pipe was hard to reach. I wondered why my exhaust sounded so terrible. Also, they didn't even do the install as I asked--they placed the valve in the wrong spot. Overpriced. Do not go here. I have photos of proof.
