I was on the road and discovered a coolant issue. I pulled into this station. They took care of me and did a thorough check of my coolant gage. I was a stranger. They served me in a friendly and respectful manner and did not charge me for the service. I was so relieved and thankful. What a breath of fresh air to get friendly customer service. Impressive

I have used Paul's auto for years on all my vehicles from oil changes to overhauls all types of work. I've brought them Ford's to VW's to Acura's etc they are very knowledgeable and make you understand what work is being performed and why. If issues pop up they let you know what they've found and what will be needed to resolve them. They instill confidence at every turn and even though servicing vehicles is an annoying necessary evil they make you feel that the job was done right by local professionals.
