HouseCall Auto Mechanics is a unique and very convenient service that performs most general auto repairs and maintenance at your location, whether that is your home or your job. HouseCall works generally by appointment but usually on short notice. Emergency road service is our specialty. For example if you went to the grocery store or the shopping mall and when you returned to your car you found the car would not start. Call HouseCall and we can usually get you going the same day and sometimes if the timing is right, we can come right away and meet you there. This of course can often eliminate the additional expense and the time to arrange for towing. i had the unfortunate experience of getting an estimated price of $500 for brakes and rotors. I said ok . They were to call me with exact price but I called them . They wanted 1600.00 for brakes oil change wipers !! Padded the quote like no tomorrow!! I called my local mechanic and he had his tow truck get my vehicle They wouldn't release my car unless I signed paperwork via email that they didn't receive without me making a 38 dollar payment as the said they Inspected the Brakes! Then he wouldn't release my car because he wanted me to write my debit card number on an unencrypted email. He finally extorted this 38 dollars from me and kept the tow guy waiting for a half hour.

Worse place to get your car worked on. They couldn't even change my brakes correctly. They hit my car while at the shop and refused to take responsibility for it. I ended up taking my car to Toyota dealership because they screwed it up and hit my car. BEWARE STAY AWAY!
