We had some sort of what I thought was a bad strut noise when taking a tight turn. I was expecting the worst and we got the best. It turns out that I guess some of those Brooklyn NY pot holes took their toll and loosened up some of the suspension. All Stan had to do was a little lubricating and tightening. Another place might have wanted to put in new parts and we never would have know. This is exactly why we keep going back there. Thanks guys.

They took care of me and did a thorough check of my coolant gage. I was a stranger. They served me in a friendly and respectful manner and did not charge me for the service. I was so relieved and thankful. What a breath of fresh air to get friendly customer service. Impressive
I have been in the auto industry for 20 years and found this place on ... read more I have been in the auto industry for 20 years and found this place on line when looking for a used engine. They quoted me on a part we then called back to get the part and they lost it and then they found and 3 days later I called them back to only find out they did not have it any more. What a joke if you want a run around then this is the place to go.For me never again I am running a successful shop and will not include them in my list of vendors.
