Should one decide to use the shop services this is a sign of things to come? The job to be done to my vehicle was relatively a simple. They had to change out and paint a rear bumper and take care of minor dings the car had- offered by Mr Robert Sherman as perk? Overall, spanning a period of 5 months it took 5 weeks for the job to be completed. The first time the job took 3 ½ weeks. The work was so pitiful Mr Sherman agreed to do the job over but since he never returned calls to reschedule the work the insurance became involved because the shop billed for parts they never changed (insurance fraud). Then it took another week and a half to do an acceptable job- still lines don’t match up parts missing. Since I elected the Shop I incurred 800.00$ in overage of rental fees. There is no Prestige in this Shop of horrors.

It needed things to be fixed and I was so impressed on how the man behind the counter (who I think was named Harvey) took pics of what was needed and sent them to me since I was not able to get down to him during the day. he told me what was extremely necessary and what can be done later on. The next day he called us to make sure that we were satisfied with the work. Gianna D Patchogue, NY
