I have used Paul's auto for years on all my vehicles from oil changes to overhauls all types of work. I've brought them Ford's to VW's to Acura's etc they are very knowledgeable and make you understand what work is being performed and why. If issues pop up they let you know what they've found and what will be needed to resolve them. They instill confidence at every turn and even though servicing vehicles is an annoying necessary evil they make you feel that the job was done right by local professionals. I've referred many people to work with them even my own grandmother because I know that they will take care of her and not advantage of her because she isn't mechanically inclined. i had the unfortunate experience of getting an estimated price of $500 for brakes and rotors. I said ok . They were to call me with exact price but I called them . They wanted 1600.00 for brakes oil change wipers !! Padded the quote like no tomorrow!! I called my local mechanic and he had his tow truck get my vehicle They wouldn't release my car unless I signed paperwork via email that they didn't receive without me making a 38 dollar payment as the said they Inspected the Brakes! Then he wouldn't release my car because he wanted me to write my debit card number on an unencrypted email. He finally extorted this 38 dollars from me and kept the tow guy waiting for a half hour.
