Hyundai service near Middletown, CT

I have used Paul's auto for years on all my vehicles from oil changes to overhauls all types of work. I've brought them Ford's to VW's to Acura's etc they are very knowledgeable and make you understand what work is being performed and why. If issues pop up they let you know what they've found and what will be needed to resolve them. They instill confidence at every turn and even though servicing vehicles is an annoying necessary evil they make you feel that the job was done right by local professionals. I've referred many people to work with them even my own grandmother because I know that they will take care of her and not advantage of her because she isn't mechanically inclined. Supporting local family owned businesses is important to me and the CT economy. It should be to you as well. Paul's Auto is one of the good ones so please help make them even more successful than they already are!

My family has been going to Rick for about twenty years. He's the best. Rick is a great mechanic who only does the work you need at a fair price. Plus, he gets the work done in a timely manner.

I've been doing business at Palumbo's for years. I would trust them with any vehicle I own! They are kind, and honest. They even took photographs of my worn brake pads and emailed them to me so that I could understand what needed to be done!

Crooked business. Had an exhaust dump valve welded in. I don't know how they did the job, but they decided that welding about 3/4 of the circumference of the pipes together was "sufficient enough"--clearly laziness because the pipe was hard to reach. I wondered why my exhaust sounded so terrible. Also, they didn't even do the install as I asked--they placed the valve in the wrong spot. Overpriced. Do not go here. I have photos of proof.

I arrived on my way from Massachusetts to Georgia with one of my windshield fluid dispensers not working in the aftermath of a winter storm. It was just before closing on a Friday afternoon, and Country Auto took my car into the shop, warmed it up, got my line unfrozen and charged me nothing! I wouldn't have been able to continue otherwise. This is a great place. It is conveniently located to an I-91 exit.

This is definitely the best shop in CT! Very responsive team, very professional, and gets it done right! Beautiful facility, very friendly staff, and they won't try and sell you on something that they wouldn't put in their own cars! Highly recommended! Steve Nixter
