This company is dishonest. I won an auction and paid in full for a van. They refused to allow the carrier to collect it, lied about "new" mechanical problems, agreed to a refund, disappeared for weeks and eventually returned money the same day we involved eBay vehicle insurance. AVOID!!!!!!!!

We broke down on I-684 and had no choice about getting our fuel pump replaced here. The good - They were able to get to our car the next day (Saturday) and get it done and they gave our family of 4 a ride to a hotel. The bad - They are *very* expensive. While the parts and labor charges were clear and technically correct, they were at the very top of the high end of the range for everything. They were as expensive (or more) than going to a dealer! I had asked if they could cut us a bit of a break, given their high prices and our financial situation (We are not well off, as evidenced by our 11 year old car). But they would not even consider giving us even a dime of discount.
