Honda service near New Haven, CT

Also when I gotinto a collision they were able to handle the whole claim process with theinsurance, and made my car look like brand new! They are very reliable andfast! Bob Thomas Ford recommended an unnecessary wheel alignment for my car. When asked whether the recommended alignment was necessary, Gary Shelomis, service manager, confirmed that it was necessary and that it needed to be fixed before I could drive my car. Because of the $130 price of the alignment, I asked for second opinions from Firestone and Town Fair Tire. Both reviewed a printout of Bob Thomas Ford’s alignment measurements and advised that an alignment would not be “necessary” and that $130 would be excessive for an alignment even if it were necessary.

Jim at Over The Edge Auto and Collision is a nice, honest guy. He has great prices and good customer service. All around great shop!
