I was on the road and discovered a coolant issue. I pulled into this station. They took care of me and did a thorough check of my coolant gage. I was a stranger. They served me in a friendly and respectful manner and did not charge me for the service. I was so relieved and thankful. What a breath of fresh air to get friendly customer service. Impressive

I have used Paul's auto for years on all my vehicles from oil changes to overhauls all types of work. I've brought them Ford's to VW's to Acura's etc they are very knowledgeable and make you understand what work is being performed and why. If issues pop up they let you know what they've found and what will be needed to resolve them. They instill confidence at every turn and even though servicing vehicles is an annoying necessary evil they make you feel that the job was done right by local professionals. I've referred many people to work with them even my own grandmother because I know that they will take care of her and not advantage of her because she isn't mechanically inclined. Supporting local family owned businesses is important to me and the CT economy. It should be to you as well. I just got my XC70 back from Stan. We had some sort of what I thought was a bad strut noise when taking a tight turn. I was expecting the worst and we got the best. It turns out that I guess some of those Brooklyn NY pot holes took their toll and loosened up some of the suspension. All Stan had to do was a little lubricating and tightening. Another place might have wanted to put in new parts and we never would have know. This is exactly why we keep going back there. Thanks guys.

I arrived on my way from Massachusetts to Georgia with one of my windshield fluid dispensers not working in the aftermath of a winter storm. It was just before closing on a Friday afternoon, and Country Auto took my car into the shop, warmed it up, got my line unfrozen and charged me nothing! I wouldn't have been able to continue otherwise. This is a great place. It is conveniently located to an I-91 exit.

Very good attention to detail. Price is more then reasonable and not shady like other places..you won't bring ur vehicle here and hear you have all kinds of things wrong unless they really are
