I arrived on my way from Massachusetts to Georgia with one of my windshield fluid dispensers not working in the aftermath of a winter storm. It was just before closing on a Friday afternoon, and Country Auto took my car into the shop, warmed it up, got my line unfrozen and charged me nothing! I wouldn't have been able to continue otherwise. This is a great place. It is conveniently located to an I-91 exit.

James and staff are top notch. This is the first time I have taken my car to anyone except the dealer and I was pleased to see that their service far surpassed (any) dealer I have gone to. They are into details: from little things like leaving a small (branded) hand sanitizer bottle in the car to the car being washed and the engine being steam cleaned. The icing on the cake was the fact that they came in under the initial estimate and James, the owner walked me through what was done. Lastly, I received a call the following morning from his courteous staff asking if everything was all right and was the car was performing as expected. I will absolutely go back and refer my friends and family to Precision Auto. By the way, I hardly ever do reviews but I felt compelled as the service was exceptional. Thanks James and Staff!

I was skeptical of going to a major company for fixes to my vehicle as i usually use a small hometown mechanic. I must say I am very very impressed. They found things my normal mechanic didn't that were somewhat serious to my safety. Josh and his crew were extremely nice and great to deal with. He helped me fix my car within my budget and it drives great! i truly appreciate good business practices, wouldn't think twice about going back!

I have used Paul's auto for years on all my vehicles from oil changes to overhauls all types of work. I've brought them Ford's to VW's to Acura's etc they are very knowledgeable and make you understand what work is being performed and why. If issues pop up they let you know what they've found and what will be needed to resolve them. They instill confidence at every turn and even though servicing vehicles is an annoying necessary evil they make you feel that the job was done right by local professionals. I've referred many people to work with them even my own grandmother because I know that they will take care of her and not advantage of her because she isn't mechanically inclined. Supporting local family owned businesses is important to me and the CT economy. It should be to you as well. Paul's Auto is one of the good ones so please help make them even more successful than they already are!

I've been coming to Brian's Auto Body for about 2 years now. I'm on my second vehicle and he has been the only one to work on my vehicles. He tells you what needs to be done in a very professional manner and is very upfront about costs and labor. He doesn't sugarcoat damage or needed repairs. His staff are very friendly and inviting. Each visit you can guarantee a smile and a flower if you had any work done, whether its a simple oil change or replacing your front end. I took my van in for an oil change but they forgot to put new oil in. As I was driving home, I heard a ticking noise. I didn't know what that ticking noise was. So when I got home I told my husband about the ticking noise. My husband lifted up the hood and checked to see if I had oil in my van. My husband knew what the ticking noise meant, that there wasn't any oil in it. Sure enough! There wasn't any oil in it!! So I went to Midas in Westfield,MA to get an oil change and they ruined my engine. I still had a van payment. We had to junk our van because Midas ruined my engine!! It was Awful because I had to pay off my van and couldn't even drive it because the engine was ruined!! I still owed $6,000.00 and had to make the payments to save my credit even though it was in the junk yard!! When I contacted Midas about this they gave me a $800.00 to compensate me for my mechanic bills because of this but they didn't offer to pay off my van even though it was their fault!! Buyer Beware!!! I couldn't find a lawyer that wanted to take on the case because Midas went out of business. They said that there wasn't anything they could do because of Midas going out of business. So I got totally screwed!!! Well, now I see that Midas in Westfield, MA is back in business so I'm not sure if it has new owners but I just want to share my story with you just to warn you!!
