Our daughter was recently involved in a motor vehicle accident. We called our mechanic, who immediately recommended Cannon Collision, and advised us to speak with Paul. We contacted Paul immediately, who said that he would gladly take a look at the vehicle. After bringing the car down, Paul went over the entire car with a fine tooth comb. I mean, this guy's thorough. I felt immediately at ease, for his expertise and his respectful tone proved to me that he was definitely a class act. Paul was in touch with us consistently from day one. He even offered to give us a lift to the rental car company, and even contacted a few for us while we were in his office. When we went down to pick up the car today, I couldn't believe what I saw - the car looked like it just pulled off the showroom floor! Until Car Doctors moved into the neighborhood, I ALWAYS regarded car mechanics with a deep sense of dread and skepticism. Dee Knight is the definition of excellent customer service, and his personable crew of employees are the direct opposite of the duplicitious car mechanic stereotype.
