When asked whether the recommended alignment was necessary, Gary Shelomis, service manager, confirmed that it was necessary and that it needed to be fixed before I could drive my car. Because of the $130 price of the alignment, I asked for second opinions from Firestone and Town Fair Tire. Both reviewed a printout of Bob Thomas Ford’s alignment measurements and advised that an alignment would not be “necessary” and that $130 would be excessive for an alignment even if it were necessary.

When I first met Tom he seemed like a real Honest type. Well it turns out he is. It is great knowing there are Business people who talk straight. Also he does the job you ask and what needs to be done. Your vehicle will look as it did if not better. If your buying a used car and get the car fax, knowing Custom Collision fixed it then its like new. Good people !!!! I would not go anywhere else. Thomas W. Timm
