I have used Paul's auto for years on all my vehicles from oil changes to overhauls all types of work. I've brought them Ford's to VW's to Acura's etc they are very knowledgeable and make you understand what work is being performed and why. If issues pop up they let you know what they've found and what will be needed to resolve them. They instill confidence at every turn and even though servicing vehicles is an annoying necessary evil they make you feel that the job was done right by local professionals. I've referred many people to work with them even my own grandmother because I know that they will take care of her and not advantage of her because she isn't mechanically inclined. Supporting local family owned businesses is important to me and the CT economy. It should be to you as well. Paul's Auto is one of the good ones so please help make them even more successful than they already are!

The guys at Maple Road Mobil did a great job in repairing the rusty piping connected to the exhaust of my Nissan Sentra. They thoroughly examined the area, showed me the condition of the piping, gave me a couple of estimates based on brand new piping, or being able to weld the problem area. The mechanic who did the welding did a terrific job. They saved me money, and got the job done perfectly! I had the car the next morning! Couldn't ask for better service!

I own a van with a lot of miles and is older I was having trouble with it stalling and shifting. These people are great got me found problem and it was ecm had me up and running in no time at a fair price. I would suggest them to all my friends and family

This is one of those places that when you go for something simple like an oil change, they will find something that they say should be fixed asap, and that they can do for you right now. However, their prices are far higher than other shops can do it for you, and they quoted me some front end work on my truck that the dealer could do for less, and with original parts! They advertise that every 4th oil change is free. However, when we tried to use the 4th free one on our truck, that was excluded, even though they did it before. Latest thing was overcharging for a routine oil change on our car by $5. OK, not a big deal, but when asked, they gave some stupid reason hat the car needed an extra quart of oil. Sorry, that's just not a plausible answer. When we requested a refund, because we showed them he old oil change slip, they only would give us $2. There are many other places to go to get your car worked on. I suggest you go there and don't bother to stop at Jackson's.

SCAMMERS!!! Rude and condescending, overcharging thieves. Dishonest, careless, and ignorant. *Shoddy work*, numerous *consumer complaints* and *lawsuits*. Any positive reviews are completely fake.

Went in for an oil change, the manager, Roy, will signed me up for a credit card, thena few weeks later I recieved a large bill for work that was never done. I had to dispute the charge with my new credit company. Lastly, while I was in dispute, the manager, Roy, called me trying to intimidate me telling me "he'll make sure I pay for this"
