If issues pop up they let you know what they've found and what will be needed to resolve them. They instill confidence at every turn and even though servicing vehicles is an annoying necessary evil they make you feel that the job was done right by local professionals. I've referred many people to work with them even my own grandmother because I know that they will take care of her and not advantage of her because she isn't mechanically inclined. I arrived on my way from Massachusetts to Georgia with one of my windshield fluid dispensers not working in the aftermath of a winter storm. It was just before closing on a Friday afternoon, and Country Auto took my car into the shop, warmed it up, got my line unfrozen and charged me nothing! I wouldn't have been able to continue otherwise. This is a great place. It is conveniently located to an I-91 exit.

LISTEN PEOPLE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION, THE OWNER IS A LIAR AND THIEF, TELLS YOU HE WON'T TRY AND SELL YOU A BUNCH OF SERVICES AND THAT IS JUST WHAT HE'LL DO, CAN'T BELIEVE PEOPLE CAN BE SO EVIL.

Very disappointed. Popped a tire on a bad pot hole so I called around and talked to a gentleman here who said they had the tire I needed in stock. Drove here on my spare. After waiting for 30 minutes while they looked at my old one to see if it could be repaired (it couldnt, which I knew), they said the tire actually wasn't in stock here and was at a warehouse somewhere else. They sent someone to pick it up, but we've now been waiting 2 hours and no update. I was lied to and told they had it here... not good business practices. They have also been aggressive when I politely declined other suggested maintenance. Do not recommend.
