It began well. Staff was personable, location clean and well kept. My second visit to Torello as I was pleased with my initial tire rotation and oil change service. Skip ahead a few months and I bring in my truck which has a leak from the transmission fluid cooling lines. After diagnostic, I get a call with a quote for dealer parts and labor to replace which is high at $1200. I check with my brother who has been a mechanic for 40+ years and he looks up the parts and they come to less than 200. I call back and speak with Mike and he tells me he quoted dealer parts. I explain that truck is a 2009 with 276K miles and there’s no real need for dealer parts and he tells me he can save me a couple of hundred dollars by going aftermarket. I authorize the work based on that discussion. I get a voicemail 5 days later telling me the truck is done and when I call back, the cost is $1650. One of the cooler lines was frozen to the cooler and they ordered the part and installed it without informing me first, so I have little say in the matter at this point. Tell him I will pick up the truck that same day. Their website and signs on the front door give 5 PM as closing time so I have time to pick it up after work. I arrive at 4:30 and my truck is nowhere to be seen and the doors are locked. I knock as I see someone inside and ask if they are closed and I get a nod before they turn around and go back to whatever they were doing. Now I have to take the next morning off from work so I can pick up my truck now that I know when they really close and that I cannot make it in time after work. The next day when I pick up the truck I see that the pricing still reflects dealer pricing to the tune of $750 vs the original $400 quoted for dealer parts (even though we agreed on aftermarket) Mike’s not there and Ashley can’t answer any questions. I pay the $1650, She hands me the key and says the truck should be on the side somewhere. Turns out, it’s blocked in by other vehicles in the fenced in area. Ultimately they pull it out and I leave. I’m pretty livid at this point and I look up the dealer parts and my cost online and find that I could have purchased them all OE for just over $400. So they almost doubled in cost. As if that weren’t bad enough, I go and look at the labels on the parts they actually installed and they are aftermarket. To sum up, they were friendly enough, but ultimately not straight with me about anything but the cost of labor.

We have used Keating Bros. for years to purchase excellent used cars and for repairs. Never had a problem. I think that we have purchased more than a dozen vehicles over the years between myself and my family. Extremely trustworthy used car dealership. The only place we go for used cars. After getting a $3,200 quote for my brake system to be replaced at a local dealership, Randy told me what the ACTUAL problem was... my brake fluid was low because my front brake pads needed to be replaced. What was originally going to be a $3200 repair ended up being a $300 fix. I cannot thank Randy and his team enough for the honest work that they do. I have had my car fixed at this shop numerous times. I would recommend them to anyone. It is always difficult to find a repair shop where you trust the people who are servicing your car...This is that place! They tell it like it is. No unneeded services or surprise extras when you go to pay the bill. To be fair, I had one uncomfortable situation arise with them. However, I was the one that made them uncomfortable (long story I wont bore you with) and once it was explained (professionally I might add), the situation was corrected and I continue to have my car serviced there. Rich and his team are highly professional! I Had him do a safety check over my entire vehicle before a road trip. He gave me a thorough list of my vehicles issues and never pressured me into doing any work. We worked through what was important to keep the car going and what could wait for a later date. He has a very clean shop filled with friendly faces that remembered me by name after only meeting once, and most importantly gave a speedy repair that was affordable to keep a young college student on the road! Autotech of Danbury is the best place to get work done on your automobile. I found them when I ordered snow tires earlier and sent them to a local recommended business to mount; their service and manner was excellent and when I mentioned them to a friend from here, she said oh! We've always gone there. I just now had to switch out my snow tires for new regular ones; George spent a great deal of his time helping me understand what I needed and searching for the best prices. They're fast and efficient. Working with George, Annie and their staff is easy. This is now my number one automobile place!

I was referred here by a friend. I am very happy that I found such expertmechanics! I have brought my car for general maintenance. Also when I gotinto a collision they were able to handle the whole claim process with theinsurance, and made my car look like brand new! They are very reliable andfast! Brought my car to diagnose antifreeze leak. When came back to pick up the car, it wouldn't start. They told me to leave the keys, so they could see what the problem was and fix it. The car was sitting on their lot for over six months. Calls were not returned, and every time I stopped by a hungover technician would just take my phone number again and promise that someone would give me a call. Only when I finally lost my patience and got into an argument with the owner they fixed the problem and started my car. When I drove it back home, parked on the driveway and tried to open the hood, I realized that the front of the car was damaged, and the hood won't open. Looks like while the car was sitting on their lot, they backed their tow truck into the front of my car causing damage. There is nothing I can prove at this point since I didn't notice it when I was picking the car up. Terrible customer service! Owner is deceitful, who cannot take responsibility for his actions. Stay away from that place.

Avoid like a plague, didn’t do anything recommended to replace $1500 worth of parts first. I removed supposedly bad part and asked them to tell me what is wrong with it. They couldn’t tell

Greg is one of those mechanics who you can actually trust. He is honest, friendly, and goes above and beyond when it comes to personal attention and good quality service. There is no pressure to do more than what you want done, however, he will make recommendations on future service. Perhaps the best part of dealing with Autoworks of Devon is the fact that he has loaner cars for use while your car is in the shop. I have utilized Greg's loaner cars on multiple occasions and I couldn't be happier. On top of bringing all my cars to Greg, I have also convinced my whole family to start bringing their cars to Greg. Great service, great people, easy access off of 95, what more could you ask for?

BAD GAS STATION AND SHOP – CROOKS Do not trust their gas or repair shop! So on 9/8/12 I went into USA Fuel located on located at 516 Boston Post Road in Milford, CT. I had bought two new tires and needed them to be mounted and balanced. I drop it off and they say it will be ready in 30 minutes. I come back and have them tell me they only had time to mount one unbalanced tire as the mechanic says he has plans and cannot finish the other. While the mechanic was telling me this, the shady owner, who knows nothing about cars, is trying to get the balancing machine working but was scratching my wheel in doing this. They charged me for one tire and tell me to go across the street to get the job finished. I was shocked, but say ok. I go across the street and the mechanic says they cross threaded a lug nut on the wheel and it would break if they take it off, so I brought the owner over to see this screw up and he told the mechanic at Meineke he would pay for the repair. The crooked owner then refuses to pay and we were all shocked at what a scumbag the owner was. I would never recommend this repair shop or gas station to anyone. They are not honest and will rip you off.
