I was skeptical of going to a major company for fixes to my vehicle as i usually use a small hometown mechanic. I must say I am very very impressed. They found things my normal mechanic didn't that were somewhat serious to my safety. Josh and his crew were extremely nice and great to deal with. He helped me fix my car within my budget and it drives great! i truly appreciate good business practices, wouldn't think twice about going back!

He tells you what needs to be done in a very professional manner and is very upfront about costs and labor. He doesn't sugarcoat damage or needed repairs. His staff are very friendly and inviting. Today, I bought my very first new-used car at Shantok Motors. My sales rep. was Jay Wanczyk. He was totally professional and courteous - He made us feel like we were NOT being taken advantage of. I took my van in for an oil change but they forgot to put new oil in. As I was driving home, I heard a ticking noise. I didn't know what that ticking noise was. So when I got home I told my husband about the ticking noise. My husband lifted up the hood and checked to see if I had oil in my van. My husband knew what the ticking noise meant, that there wasn't any oil in it. Sure enough! There wasn't any oil in it!! So I went to Midas in Westfield,MA to get an oil change and they ruined my engine. I still had a van payment. We had to junk our van because Midas ruined my engine!! It was Awful because I had to pay off my van and couldn't even drive it because the engine was ruined!! I still owed $6,000.00 and had to make the payments to save my credit even though it was in the junk yard!! When I contacted Midas about this they gave me a $800.00 to compensate me for my mechanic bills because of this but they didn't offer to pay off my van even though it was their fault!! Buyer Beware!!! I couldn't find a lawyer that wanted to take on the case because Midas went out of business. They said that there wasn't anything they could do because of Midas going out of business. So I got totally screwed!!! Well, now I see that Midas in Westfield, MA is back in business so I'm not sure if it has new owners but I just want to share my story with you just to warn you!!
