As far as my experience goes, the mechanic team there is the best. Phil has helped out my entire family and the array of issues our cars have had (Acura, Ford, Infiniti). I went in today to see him for the first time, asked for him by name, and he came right out and had me pull my car up to the bay. He then ran some scans based on the issues I told him and laid it all out for me, advised me on a starburst that I recently got on my windshield (and gave me a company he recommended), and a couple of other issues. I basically harassed him with all my questions/concerns and got straightforward, honest advice and it cost me NOTHING. He was a really big help, and one of the other mechanics even came over and gave some input. Did I mention this was at 4:00pm in the center of McLean? Busy time, and they were that helpful.

I shopped around at several places and they all had higher prices. So, not only did i get great work but, the best price also. My car actually runs better than it did when first bought it. I have already told some friends and relatives about the outstanding work that I received. The mechanics were extremely professional and they kept me informed every step of the repairing process. I would normally take my car to Sheehy Ford for repairs but after this experience, my car has found a new home at AAMCO of Lanham. I thank everyone of them for the great job that was done to my car.

I have had Prestige Auto fix several things on my 2007 VW Rabbit. It has been a great experience. I was having trouble with my brakes which were suddenly not working or not braking all of the time. During the winter and ice, it was difficult to know at first if I hit ice or it was the brakes. Hasi did a test drive with me, and he could sense the problem. The brakes were fixed. Then,after an oil change, he noticed the fan on my car was running really loudly. (Yes, I had heard it, but didn't realize it was a problem.) I brought the car back and he put in a new fan. I feel like this is the first time I have had a mechanic I can trust -- and who also knows cars and really wants to make sure everything is working well. I am very happy with the service and also to keep my car up to par. I know I'm driving a safe car and that makes me happy! TAllen
