I made an appointment for a groupon I had purchased. It included an oil change, tire rotation, brake and wheel alignment check, plus a hand car wash. I was informed my alignment was off, so I purchased the wheel alignment. My tire rotation couldn t be completed because I didn t have my wheel lock key, my fault. It took them TWO hours to complete an oil change and wheel alignment for a scheduled appointment! Entirely too long! They didn t even hand wash my car. Who knows what else they didn t complete. They didn t leave any desire for me to return. It was a #$%$ poor job accompanied with an underwhelming sales associate. Unacceptable. Non-existent customer service. Will never return. DO NOT trust them, Do Not go there!

Where do I start? Gas pumps that spill gas all over your feet and your car? Incompetent mechanics who do the same repair 3 times? Only being open 10-4? Pouring used antifreeze on the ground? The owners is a rich retired guy who doesn't care about his reputation, business, or customers. Take it from a local - do yourself a favor and avoid this small town trap.

WARNING! If you take the pandemic seriously do not use this business. I went to drop off my car for brake work. The clerk did not wear a mask nor keep 6 ft distance. When I asked him to put on a mask, he said that the virus is BS. When I explained I take care of elderly parents, he said the virus is a joke. When I complained to the manager who also did not put on a mask, I got lip service and no apology. Do not use this company unless you do not believe in science.
