I visited this car wash and lost $5.00 in the change machine #2 and I ... read more I visited this car wash and lost $5.00 in the change machine #2 and I called the phone number left several messages and even talked to a female regarding this issue and my refund which I am still waiting on. no one answers at all Ive called numerous times I still would like my refund however no one has sent it or called back after I was told by this female that shed call me the next day after we talked so she could get me my money back. again no return call at all its like I dropped off the map to these people. I wouldn't ever recommend this place to anyone in fact I take my business elsewhere. this is horrible customer service especially in an economy such as this where any single customer would be appreciated but not here.
