I was there at 330 pm, his wife handed me the completed work order (she handles the paper work), Warren handed me the keys and I left the office. When I got in the car I noticed the gas light was on, when I know there was three quarters of a tank of gas when I dropped it off. I went in to ask about this, Warren followed me out to the car, took the keys from me to check the gauges and then shoved me out of the way, told me he wouldn't let me have the car unless I paid him cash - even though the insurance company was paying him with a check. He shoved me again, took my purse off the passenger seat, threw it at me, shoved me away from the car again and told me he wanted cash. I had to call the sheriff to the shop in order to get my car. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!! Especially women!!!
