I was driving from out of state to my 2nd home for a Christmas family visit. As I was driving over the Courtney Campbell Causeway, sun setting on the horizon, had to open the sunroof and smell the salt air. Beautiful scene. Got to my place a few minutes later...could not close my sunroof. Tried to get the roof to close over the next day to no avail. Called the local dealer, earliest service appointment was 7 weeks out. Was recommended to a European repair shop by a neighbor. After looking at it for a few minutes, they said, "need to take it to the dealer, work too involved". Looked up European car repair in Pinellas County online, several came up, including R&B's. Had great reviews. Called and spoke to A.J. Professional, informative, explained the initial steps w/costs and could get me in the next day. Dropped it off next day and they Ubered me back to my place. They called a few hours later, had gotten the roof to close, which is all I wanted. Cost was exactly what was quoted, initially. Quoted me a price for a new sunroof motor, which sounded reasonable. Decided to leave as is because of heading back North in a couple of weeks and not needing the roof open for quite a while. Being from out of town and completely at their mercy, they could have taken it to me. Instead, A.J. and Molly chose to be honest, courteous and professional. If you have work needed on a European car...take it to this shop. You won't regret it.

This is a great place for repairs. The "dealership" we went to could not fix our vehicle. Bob and his crew got it right the first time at way less $$$.

Our experience with their help with a breakdown at 4pm on a Friday night and needing to be places in a time sensitive manner on Saturday was over the top. I could not have asked for better service. Would truly not recommend to go there. Had a PT Cruiser there after accident. My personal opinion ...sloppy shoddy work. Had the insurance appraiser come again after repair and look at it. He agreed, not good craftsman ship. Driver door hanging to low, clear coat with dimples, ill fitted back / break light ...you can see the ground through a gap approx 3 mm wide....terrible work, won't even bother to go back a 3rd time...especially since the owner used every possible excuse on earth to blame everybody else for ill fitting... don't waste your time or money....terrible...

They are fantastic in there pricing and service. I had a starter and alternator re-buit by them and love the 1yr warranty I received. Thanks to them I was able to afford to get my truck and van back on the road quickly. Thank you, Roger! You got a great place.

This is the first time I personally used Carnovale Car Care for my Maserati. I was referred by a friend who has been very pleased with their service. From the owner, to the owner's father, to the office gal Debbie, and to the mechanics (especially Dennis), the experience was everything one could ask for. I am a person who likes to know everything about my car so that I can anticipate or prevent future problems, and they took as long as necessary -- even going above and beyond -- to educate me on how things worked. I am not a person who writes many reviews but, in Carnovale’s case, I would feel remiss if I did not take the time to share my noteworthy experience.
