Go ANYWHERE ELSE! On Friday (5 days ago), I paid $566 (tax inc), for both rear wheel bearings and hub assemblies for 2015 nissan sentra. Told that parts would be delivered and installed on Saturday, never received a call. Called on Monday, told wrong parts were received, and the correct parts should be received by Wednesday 11:30PM, at which time I can have it installed. At 11:15PM on Wednesday, today, i texted and told that part was in hand, even shared pics. When I went to install it, at 11:30, I was told that it was the wrong part, and I needed to pay an additional $90 per wheel, so $180 extra! As a business owner, if I made such a mistake, after giving a quote and the customer paid, I would eat that mistake, its my fault and my loss. But no, not Roscar, they told me that if I did not use them, I would still be charged a $175 labor fee. I would not recommend this company. So today, Wednesday, I was there for 3.5 hrs, and had to pay $95 (w/ tax inc) on top of what I was originally charged, FOR THEIR MISTAKE!

This location charged me $35 for a tire patch. I saw the patch it wasn't made of gold. I went to this location only because I had a time constraint and didn't have time to go elsewhere. They also just installed these tires a month ago and balanced them. After 3 attempts I took it back to the dealer to balance because GoodYear just couldn't get it correct. This location always charges more than most other locations and the service quality generally is below expectation. If you have time research and go elsewhere.

After 3 months transmission fails to operate and brought Surverban 1500 LT back lied to me about opening the transmission and after one month warranty 24000 miles gone and had to take it to other shop

I had taken my car to the dealer and they told me I needed about $2,000 work on my Mercedes. I took the car to Euro Auto Performance after a friend recommended them. I am so happy that I did. Visit 1: A test was done on the vehicle and we were charged $80 for it. As well $90 oil change was performed. Over the next week several lights inside of the vehicle turned on. We found a large volume of oil in our driveway. We returned the car to him. See Visit 2. Visit 2: Allen (the owner) admitted that the oil change was faulty. Allen stated that the oil filter was at fault. As well, Allen performed $300 in tests to figure out why the 'check engine' light was coming on - some of the same tests he performed the first visit. When our debit card was declined we asked if we could write a check - he said 'Make it out to cash.' The Next Evening - Car stopped running while driving home from work. Check engine light came on again. Had to spend $80 to tow it to the dealership (at this point we no longer trusted Allen or his competency with this vehicle). Spent $450 to replace the fuel filter - and do even more tests. Follow up visit to discuss: Went in to Allen to request my money back as the services we paid for he performed badly. Laid out the bill of the costs that we had to cover to manage the process. Allen offered $229 as a refund for his botched services, said take it or leave and said to sign a release form. When we said that wasn't fair and I showed him the below list of items that we felt he owned us Allen immediately called me a schmuck, told me to take him to court and raised his voice. One of his employees called the police on me. Cops came and said there was nothing to do. $80 Original incorrectly read scan. $95 - oil change refund that Allen admitted to screwing up. $275 - three scans which were run because Allen's oil change screwed up our car and because Allen couldn't figure out what was wrong. $80 - Price we had to pay for the car towing. $105 - Four hours of our time that we had to waste going back to Allen's shop in three different visits. went in to have my classic car serviced while away out of town, lower ball joints,wipers not working,& a/c service. the a/c service turned into a night with mis diagnostics 3 times & still did not get it right, 1st I was told I needed a compresor,next I needed an actuator that opened & closed my vents which I was told they needed to take the dash out of my car(which it never was) 8hrs of labor, next I needed a control head... this is where I put the brakes on. Whoa $1,500.00 later I was billed & only got my ball joints done & wipers working. A/C still does not blow cold air, not to mention they charged me for a 4 wheel alignment on a rear wheel drive full framed car (which cannot be done by the way) when I mentioned it Sam looked stunned & had no answer??? why the charge. next when my car was brought around after them having it for 2 weeks the lt & rt doors were riddled with door dents, when I showed him again he was stunned with a loss for words. & offered up $100.00 discount on my bill, well it cost me over $700.00 to re due my two doors & I run a collision center. (not even close guys) these people have no respect for your personal car as my classic was parked out back & was stained from front to back with tree droppings & bird poop, these guys are great talkers but don't be fooled unless its something they can plug a computer into & let it do the work for them. If you don't take my advise & still service your car there make sure you check it well for damages when you get it back as they stack cars side by side & on top of each other on lifts "just say no"
