This place is a scam, stay away. They are unprofessional and unreliable. I would bet money they are unlicensed. They will take your money and not preform the service!

Ron has been building and repairing transmissions since he was 15 and it has become a way of life for him. He basically eats and sleeps transmissions. We specialize in classic and high performance cars but also do the daily driver, pick ups and work trucks, work vans etc. . We have made "Honesty is the best policy" our motto because in this business alot of the well known transmission shops will charge you an arm and a leg for the job when it reality it may be half the price. They may charge you for parts that they are not even installing in your vehicle. They have to consider major overhead and believe me after the strories I have heard 50% of past customers have come to us after getting a price and find ourt we can do the job for half the price and offer a longer guarantee. I called Al Yaghy the store manager about a few things I need to be done with my car. I had an issue with the Goodyear tries that came on my car from the factory. I called and stopped by 4 Goodyear stores in the immediate area and nobody would help me. Al went out of his way to get my tires warrantied. In return I allowed him to service my car and do a full diagnostic. Since then I have referred several friends and neighbors. All Goodyear stores need to take lessons from Al on how to treat customers and provide outstanding customer service, he also has a great team working in the shop. Get there and them service your vehicle......................

First they forgot the two appointments I had made. One on a Sunday they forgot, then the Monday lunchtime for an oil change. After two apologies they did the oil change and filter on Tuesday. They kept stressing how I required, "a full car checkup for only $25". I declined. I drove home and checked the oil. A good portion of it was over the engine, as they had not screwed the oil filler cap down enough. 2 days later I went back and told them and also mentioned that the transmission was shifting erratically and they stressed how important a full car checkup would be at this point and how they could do a full service on the transmission, although I had had NO problems till this point. I went elsewhere and the vacuum hose leading to the shifter actuator on the side of the transmission had been removed and neatly coiled up on the side of the engine. I thought about going in swinging to the mental midget who runs the place, but realised it would not do anything. These jokers should not be allowed to be in business. Please avoid them at all costs.

The technicians at VolvTech are very knowledgeable about these often complex cars. Other shops just experiment on a car like my S80 T6 (1999) but the techs here are super professional, quick, and kind. They even have the best prices. They get you back on the road asap. I am so impressed with Rodriguez Brothers. Honest, Reliable, Affordable. I have to say that I will never go to another.Just moved to miami and brought my car in for service. Midas had told me my brakes were bad and would cost 600.00. Alex took a look and said my brakes were fine just need some cleaning. fixed my horn and gave my car an oil change. And it did not take all day. His wife is one of the sweetest people I have met in a long time!I will be a customer for life!!Great Job!!!

This is an excellent mechanical shop! I took my Mercedes with a computer problem that no one could find and after spending hundreds of dollars at the dealer these people found the problem right away. They didn't take advantage of me for being a women and were extremely nice and professional. I strongly recommended this shop.
