Wonderful service

As an owner of an S60-R Volvo, I like and need a certified professional to service my auto. After my discontent with the non-excellent customer service experience from my nearby Volvo dealer, I decided to try Davie Motors, and so glad that I did. Jeff who works the front desk scheduled my appointments at my convenience, advised me on the status of my auto & the cost of my repairs in a timely manner and with courtesy. Jeff was also attentive as I waited for my repairs to be completed. I was pleased that Doron, the DM owner, he had "hands on" with my auto and listened to my concerns with an unhurried patience and also attentive. And most important to me, they treated me with respect and equality by using all the mechanical words to describe the issues and explaining them too when requested. And considering that I am a woman, that is what I call great customer service. The cost of repairs is reasonable too for being a performance auto. My auto is running as expected, thanks to the auto care from Davie Motors! Thanks to Kip, Jeff & Doron! European cars are my passion therefore I am meticulous about my car. It took me over a year to find my Audi A6 4.2 quattro and I have up until this point done the work on my own car. I currently am working at a car dealership and have witnessed the absurd prices that “stealerships” charge for the most basic repairs and parts. The people at Davie Motors really are European Specialists. They let me store my car in the garage for almost 2 months! The fans for my car cost 1200 dollars I ordered salvaged fans and they turned out not to work. Davie Motors ended up being able to fix the brushes on my old fans so i wouldn't have to buy new ones thus saving me 1200 dollars. About a week later a hose blew on my power steering and Skip fixed it for free. I have taken used cars from the dealership here and referred multiple people. DAVIE MOTORS MAKES OWNING EUROPEAN CARS WORTH IT! This place is the best I wouldn't go anywhere else! REPAIRS COMPLETED: radiator, a/c condenser, a/c compressor, crankshaft seals, valve cover gaskets, radiator fan, auxiliary belt ECU update, transmission update, motor mount, not to mention radiator fluid, power steering fluid, oil change (Liqui Moly). Then they charged the whole system plus a vacuum test and dye-test.

Made an appt. but ended up coming an hour late, philippe still accommodated me and finally my brakes don't squeak on my volkswagen touareg 2007. The staff is very polite, he didn't try to upsell me on anything. Really just an awesome, honest hard to find mechanic. He's open on sunday. I love it. The place is neat and my daughter who was with me was able to do some business in the office cause they have free wifi and the cleanest mechanic bathroom we've ever been to and an espresso machine to boot. Inexpensive, reliable and most importantly honest. I highly recommend him.

Wow! What a great shop! I needed some work done on my Audi and I didn't want to take it to the dealership, so I Googled shops in my area and The V Shop had nothing but great reviews. Now I see why. Roger and his team run a very clean shop. Professional. Knowledgable. Fair. My car went in for an ignition coil and came out with a full courtesy inspection and a small list of things that I was not aware of, but no pressure from them to "get these fixed right away" as a sales pitch to make more money. AND, my car was detailed when I came to pick it up! I mean detailed, not just washed. Tires shined, vacuumed...EVERYTHING! Wonderful old school style muffler shop. Where other shops told me what I wanted was impossible and very costly if even attempted. Mufflex delivered, fast and courteous, their install was perfect. Another shop in the area had installed the Quad Tips on my Acura TL too low for the profile of the rear bumper slots. The Mufflex mechanic was quick to offer a reasonable solution to my problem. A simple pipe cut, re-adjustment bend, combined with re-weld and muffler paint. All inside 15 minutes. Where others say NO they listen...highly recommended!!
