They communicated directly with me and the insurance company in a timely fashion. My car looked better when I picked it up than I did when I bought it new. Blvd Customs team installed a system on my 2010 F150. It was the cleanest install I have seen, everyone that sees it loves it. I just want to thank them for great customer service. I will definitely refer them to friends! The install included Remote start alarm system, LEDs inside and out, 3 DVD players, 2 12" subs in a custom box, Mids and highs, and Ipod hook ups!!!!

I'm relatively new in the area, and needed to find a reliable automotive repair and service shop to help me with numerous issues that have been creeping up with my car recently. I had been noticing some issues with my suspensions, alignment, and some strange things happening with my engine, and since I'm not an expert, I needed a shop that would provide honest, friendly, and courteous service and wouldn't try to take me (and my wallet) for a ride. I was pleased when I called Car Port Specialist on a whim and had a pleasant conversation with them over the phone. They were patient with me and didn't talk down to me or make me feel small for not knowing exactly what the problem was. I came in the same day and they did some diagnostic testing, and I didn't even have to pay from the estimate. For me, this was big; other shops I called had no patience for me being unsure about the exact nature of the problem, and would have charged a substantial amount for the estimate. In the end, I was expecting the repairs to be more expensive than they were. Ultimately the engine issue was minimal, and the prices for everything were extremely fair.
