I am so impressed with Rodriguez Brothers. Honest, Reliable, Affordable. I have to say that I will never go to another.Just moved to miami and brought my car in for service. Midas had told me my brakes were bad and would cost 600.00. Alex took a look and said my brakes were fine just need some cleaning. fixed my horn and gave my car an oil change. And it did not take all day. His wife is one of the sweetest people I have met in a long time!I will be a customer for life!!Great Job!!!

My first encounter at MPI was the shop cleanliness and organization. It really set the tone for me when bringing my cars for service. Meeting Rey and Jack impressed me on how they diagnosed my problems on the spot and were quick on their turnaround times. I'm not the type of person to try and get something for free but I am a firm believer in what you pay for you will receive and the fair pricing for the excellent service was something that left me an impression that I just felt I had to leave a positive review. worst body shop, thieves. It took them 2 months for fix my car and when i got it back they thought that if they fixed the bumper, not all of it had to be fix. on the driver said by the wheel they intentionally didnt that new piece there. now i cant drive to the corner without my tire reeking up a storm. when i went back there to claim what i thought was a mistake they made, the man that gave me the estimate says that wasnt part of the accident(lies, if you had to fix the whole bumper, everything that goes with it should be fixed) while on the other hand the lady owner lies to my face and tells me they tried to include it to the estimate but the insurance didnt allow it.

In south Florida going without A/C is not an option in the summer. The boys at Auto Tronics took care of me when my compressor went, even though I have a car with hard to find parts. I'll never go anywhere else.

I found Japanese Auto Care on Angie's List and went to them because of the great reviews, and of course because my sister and I both needed major repairs done on our vehicles. One is a Toyota Camry and the other is an old Ford Explorer. The Camry had (still has) an oil leak and the Explorer was (still is) stalling, overheating, leaking A/C, and shaking when the brakes are applied. So that's us in a nutshell. As for the folks at Japanese Auto, they are a father-son team with other mechanics in their employ. I will say that they seemed quite personable both on the phone and in person. Unfortunately, based on the odd and incorrect things they've said to us, they don't seem to know vehicles at all, or are playing dumb to con their customers...but I'm guessing it's the latter rather than the former. Here's an example: the son told me the tires on my Ford were old and needed to be replaced - except that I know that I have nearly BRAND NEW Michelins on there, so??? So when my sister noticed that her Camry CONTINUED to indicate an oil leak AFTER Japanese Auto charged her $1,344.47 for "fixing" it, she had two mechanics at another auto place confirm what she suspected. She went back to Japanese Auto because she thought the nature of the repair may have been complicated and that they had just made a mistake - well trusting them was her mistake. The son actually seemed confused by her request to rectify the issue, and after having her vehicle "checked" (whether they even took a sideways glance at it is questionable) for THE SECOND TIME, came back with the claim that the radiator suddenly needed to be replaced, so they charged her ANOTHER $335.77(?!) and said nothing of oil leak until she made repeated inquiries. Now how is it they missed the radiator problem THE FIRST TIME? The simple answer is that they are making things up. As for my Ford, when I realized that it is in the exact condition NOW as it was in BEFORE I went to Japanese Auto, I refused to take it back to them

I have a 2002 Toyota RAV4. Suddenly one day part of my exhaust system separated from the catalytic converter. I found Anthony on Mechanic Advisor and called for an appt. He said I could bring it right over for an estimate. He did not charge for the estimate. At first he thought it would need a new catalytic converter which he could get for much less than at the dealer but which was still very costly. I decided to leave it over night and rented a car through his connection with Enterprise. In the morning I called Anthony and was told the car was ready and the good news was that I had not needed a catalytic converter after all and the repairs would only cost about 1/3 of the original estimate. Very good news indeed. My SUV no longer makes noise and it runs great. His work also comes with a 12 month guarantee and I am extremely pleased to have found Anthony on Mechanic Advisor.
