I recently came to Hoti Imports Auto Repair shop in dismay over my broken a/c. Upon my arrival I was already filled with disappointment and confusion on to why nobody could diagnose the a/c issue with my car. One shop quoted me over $800 to even take a look at her, another shop told me they couldn't figure out the problem and yet I owed them $300 for the time it took them to figure out that they didn't know what they were doing. There is a saying that the third time is always a charm, well in my case it was! People lack integrity in business and are only focused on making a profit instead of gaining loyal customers. Especially if you are a woman, the easier it seems for men at least, to take advantage of us. My point-in-case is this.. Hoti Imports Auto Repair not only fixed my a/c the same day I brought it in, they also didn't rip me off!! I wasn't charged for the time it took them to figure out the problem, nor was I charged an amount anywhere close to $800. I have gained an enormous amount of respect and trust for this shop, and this will be the ONLY place I take Blair (my cars name) to be worked on. If you are looking for a hard working and trust worthy place to take your cars, then Hoti Import Auto Repair is the place to do it! I had taken my car to the dealer and they told me I needed about $2,000 work on my Mercedes. I took the car to Euro Auto Performance after a friend recommended them. I am so happy that I did. Go ANYWHERE ELSE! On Friday (5 days ago), I paid $566 (tax inc), for both rear wheel bearings and hub assemblies for 2015 nissan sentra. Told that parts would be delivered and installed on Saturday, never received a call. Called on Monday, told wrong parts were received, and the correct parts should be received by Wednesday 11:30PM, at which time I can have it installed. At 11:15PM on Wednesday, today, i texted and told that part was in hand, even shared pics. When I went to install it, at 11:30, I was told that it was the wrong part, and I needed to pay an additional $90 per wheel, so $180 extra! As a business owner, if I made such a mistake, after giving a quote and the customer paid, I would eat that mistake, its my fault and my loss. But no, not Roscar, they told me that if I did not use them, I would still be charged a $175 labor fee. I would not recommend this company. So today, Wednesday, I was there for 3.5 hrs, and had to pay $95 (w/ tax inc) on top of what I was originally charged, FOR THEIR MISTAKE!

There are a lot of good wrenches in the world, but there are few who are also able to run an elite business. Angie runs one of the best businesses I've ever had the pleasure of working with. She does what she says she is going to do. The cars are well taken care of. She communicates well using text message, email, and follow up calls. I always felt like I knew what was going on, and that she cared about my business, and my car. I trust her with my Porsche now, and plan to trust her wth many more in the future. Jeremy had replaced an alternater on my daughters car a few yrs ago so I knew he did good work and was very professional and reliable!!! I needed my ignition switch repaired and he was very efficient and trustworthy. Wow! What a great shop! I needed some work done on my Audi and I didn't want to take it to the dealership, so I Googled shops in my area and The V Shop had nothing but great reviews. Now I see why. Roger and his team run a very clean shop. Professional. Knowledgable. Fair. My car went in for an ignition coil and came out with a full courtesy inspection and a small list of things that I was not aware of, but no pressure from them to "get these fixed right away" as a sales pitch to make more money. AND, my car was detailed when I came to pick it up! I mean detailed, not just washed. Tires shined, vacuumed...EVERYTHING!
