Wow! What a great shop! I needed some work done on my Audi and I didn't want to take it to the dealership, so I Googled shops in my area and The V Shop had nothing but great reviews. Now I see why. Roger and his team run a very clean shop. Professional. Knowledgable. Fair. My car went in for an ignition coil and came out with a full courtesy inspection and a small list of things that I was not aware of, but no pressure from them to "get these fixed right away" as a sales pitch to make more money. Let me come back a 2nd time with a family members credit card to pay for tires and told me I couldn't use that card that I had showed them the first time i was there to pay for the tires. Which is odd because I had done this many, many times before. When brought to the manager he insisted it was a long standing policy. Also other family members saying they felt disrespected there. Go somewhere else to buy your tires.
