I was referred by a friend who has been very pleased with their service. The experience felt very personal; I did not feel like a job ticket #. From the owner, to the owner's father, to the office gal Debbie, and to the mechanics (especially Dennis), the experience was everything one could ask for. I am a person who likes to know everything about my car so that I can anticipate or prevent future problems, and they took as long as necessary -- even going above and beyond -- to educate me on how things worked. I am not a person who writes many reviews but, in Carnovale’s case, I would feel remiss if I did not take the time to share my noteworthy experience.

Tint peeling, speakers going out, parts on car broken, lies and more lies. Say put in speakers, they put in tweeters. Say that something is covered, come back and they say I gotta pay. I rarely post anything online but my experience each time has been horrible.
