Used to love this place. At my last visit I was charged for the estimate. The price quoted for a new catalytic converter was well over $1200.00, which I declined. I went to a Volvo dealer back home who charged less than $500.

Extremely friendly and helpful folks starting at the front office and continuing with the owner/operator Walt and his team. I arrived without an appointment for an unexpected and much-needed repair. After a brief wait, the problem was fixed and weeks later I can confirm there are no issues. Friendly folks and great quality service. I will be back. Jim T. Punta Gorda, FL

very disappointed. I've found and fixed the issue you were unable to . Spring rate and crack pressure setting were the culprit. Went from a yellow spring to a purple in the forge actuator and turned down the crack pressure from 15 to 13. Whats upsetting though is that a bolt was missing from the actuator, so I had to spend ~300 for a new one as well as finding that you had ground down the actuator mount on the turbo when you said you had not. You also broke a mounting bolt used to hold down the turbo blanket. I would expect a much high level of service and competency from a shop charging the rate you do.

I found my new car shop! I just moved to Venice in November. One Stop was recommended to me, and I'm so happy they were. They went above and beyond regular service. My vehicle is 15 years old. They were honest with me, provided superb service, great prices, and the staff I met were friendly and very knowledgeable. They provide curbside service by taking you home while your car is worked on, and a ride back to the shop! Try One Stop, you'll be glad you did!

Mike, the owner, is not only a man of his word but also goes the extra mile. After doing extensive labor, Mike determined I needed a new fuel pump. I wasn't prepared for such an expensive repair and was in the middle of moving, so I paid for the labor but declined to get it fixed that day, also wondering if I should sell the car. Mike said that if/when I was ready to get the new pump, he'd replace the fuel pump without charging labor. Months later, I decided it would be cheaper to pay for a new fuel pump than buy another car. Mike stood by his offer and he put in a new pump. Plus, he drove it home just to make sure there were no signs of gas leaks etc. I'm so glad I decided to get it fixed--the car is super peppy and drives like a brand new car! In fact, it has never driven this well in all the time I've had it. He is an excellent mechanic, ethical, and trustworthy. Thanks Mike!
