Claimed not to have received my emails or calls after I initiated a charge-back and refused to refund while suggesting that I was trying to get away with something. What was advertised was not what was received and one of the substituted parts didn't even fit. Combative, accusatory - basic bait and switch.

They charge a diagnostic fee, keep the camper until you are desperate, then give it back still broken. They don't return calls when they say they will. Terrible!!!

Requerimos de su apoyo a ver si esta dentro de sus posibilidades. En el año 2006 Corporación L.T. Milenium C.A compro 2 montacargas. De dicha compra se emitieron dos facturas. Una para el modelo Hyster nº de factura423 dia 07/12/2006 y el otro modelo fue un clark, de ese extraviamos la factura y no tenemos los datos del mismo. Por favor, sera posible que localicen y nos hagan llegar copia de esa factura? si se pueden comunicar con nosotros para darnos respuesta al respecto lo pueden hacer al correo electronico luissedp@gmail.com o italonarvaez@hotmail.com se los agradeceremos mucho.
