Wonderful service

As an owner of an S60-R Volvo, I like and need a certified professional to service my auto. After my discontent with the non-excellent customer service experience from my nearby Volvo dealer, I decided to try Davie Motors, and so glad that I did. Jeff who works the front desk scheduled my appointments at my convenience, advised me on the status of my auto & the cost of my repairs in a timely manner and with courtesy. Jeff was also attentive as I waited for my repairs to be completed. I was pleased that Doron, the DM owner, he had "hands on" with my auto and listened to my concerns with an unhurried patience and also attentive. And most important to me, they treated me with respect and equality by using all the mechanical words to describe the issues and explaining them too when requested. And considering that I am a woman, that is what I call great customer service. The cost of repairs is reasonable too for being a performance auto. My auto is running as expected, thanks to the auto care from Davie Motors! Thanks to Kip, Jeff & Doron! I took my car to 3 shops and my estimates for getting my a/c to work were $900.00 to $ 1300.00. and 2 days . I took it to ZIM expecting them to diagnose the problem and give me a price and when they came in to the waiting room 1/2 hour later my a/c was fixed and they charged me $37.50 and treated me like I was there best customer. I don't post many comments about places but do yourself a huge favor next time your car has a problem and go here first !! You wont be sorry and your pocket book will not be empty !!
