Just when you thought you heard a bad Mechanic story....you experience one WORSE...... A friend who had gotten ill and had heart bypass surgery brought his pick up for repair there over a year ago. A man named Fred Baum told my friend that he paid the mechanic $600 to fix the truck . The truck has sat there over a year and has not been fixed,,..and then we find out that this guy Fred never paid a dime for any repairs......( who is a buddy of the mechanic) Three times the mechanic told me that he WAS fixing the truck ...... Well the truck NEVER got fixed, Joe the owner pulled a fast one and stole the vehicle from my friend by putting the title in his name......

I found an add in the coupon book for a 39.00 Front End alignment. I thought I would take advantage of the deal. I was explained up front that was for a basic front end alignment. They took me right in and found I had a bad tie rod end. They showed me the part, gave me a price right up front. Kurt the Manager was great. I have been going to Pine Island Auto Care for over two years now. A neighbor friend told me about them and I liked what she said. So far, they have worked on 2 cars, a Diesel truck and a diesel motor home for me. On every occasion I have been most pleased and pleasantly surprised by their prices and quality of work. They charged me a small fraction of what the RV dealer did for the same services and repair, plus they actually warranty their work. While I no longer own the motor home, I still have my other vehicles serviced at Pine Island Auto Care.
